Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using our scheduling application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in via a third-party OAuth provider (Google or GitHub).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including Schedule Titles and Votes.

⚠️ Content Restrictions
You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful or in violation of these Terms.

4. Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page.

Upon deletion, all your data (Schedules, Votes, and Account information) will be permanently and irrecoverably removed from our database.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
